Cannonau grappa

Among that produced by the Giampietro Puggioni Winery in Mamoiada, situated in the province of Nuoro, a special mention must go to the grappa made from the Cannonau vine grown on the farm.

Distilled using a batch system in an installation consisting of copper steam boilers, the grappa of the Puggioni Winery is aged for 12 months in wood barrels and bottled in 50 cl bottles.

These are the features of the Cannonau grappa produced by the 'Cantina Giampietro Puggioni':


  • Colour: clear, amber yellow;
  • Scent: elegant, harmonious, pronounced and sharp;
  • Taste: very soft hints of vanilla and rose;
  • Alcohol content: 40% vol.;
  • Recommended glass: stem glass.
